The exhibition is scheduled to open in May 2008 in the newly completed 350sq.m luminous exhibition space of the Gardiner Museum in the center of Toronto. The intention is to create a landmark exhibition presenting the most progressive designs coming from and related to ceramic industry. This would be the first major survey of this kind where industrial sector is represented parallel with independent ceramic studios, artists and free-lanced designers. The exhibit will simultaneously show the progression of the ceramic industry in the milieu of phenomenal design expansion and diverse interpretation of industrial products and processes. 		Now in Europe! We are happy to announce Modus Design has recently opened its new location in Poland. We have established a new ceramic studio and design facility in our hometown of Kielce - a capital of the Swietokrzyski region. Situated in a strategic location half way between Krakow and Warsaw. Our studio is located in the center of the city and has the combined advantage of privacy within an urban setting. Operating from Poland allows us to design and oversee our production manufactured in the Polish porcelain industries. This location gives us the opportunity to have access to small producers and local workshops to get the necessary components for our design product. We will still maintain our studio in the Soho district in Manhattan.
